Cancellation and Refund Policy for General Merchandise:
We proudly provide quality products to all our customers; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount less shipping charges.
Please be advised, that all art will be accepted for exchange or return only if returned in their original packaging undamaged within the 15 days of purchase.
Special Events, Programs and Concerts
Creatures Cafe reserves the right to cancel a program or special event at any time. If Creatures Cafe cancels a program or special event, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are available (less a $10 processing fee) up to two days before the start date of the program or special event when the event cost is $25 or over.
Refunds are available (less a $5 processing fee) up to two days before the start date of the program or special event when the event cost is over $10 but less than $25.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of the program or special event; if you do not show up; or if you leave for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
